Javier van de Couter (1975, Carmen de Patagones, Buenos Aires, Argentine) has a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts. Before he directed his first film Perro amarillo (2005), for which he also wrote the screenplay, he acted in several films and television series, amongst others his own debut film. After the short film El chico (2008), for which he also wrote the screenplay, he made Mía. This time again he himself wrote the screenplay.
