In this short, the desert is more than a simple backdrop. One moment it’s the place we dreamed of; the next, where we lost our loved ones, and finally the place where we come to die.
María sells necklaces. One day, a foreigner asks her to take him to the desert. The journey turns into a ritual that brings out their loneliness and emotions, despite differences in age, language and culture.
